A Day in the Life

A day at Treetops unfolds in a rhythm, with children planning many of their activities with guidance from counselors. Apart from a daily swim lesson, weekly riding lesson, and daily work job, the days are open for new experiences and adventures. Campers sign up for activities at council, a meeting of all campers and counselors held after each meal. They choose from a wide variety of arts and crafts, swimming, boating, hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, farm work, trips, informal games, and music and drama performances. Children begin at their comfort level and progress to more challenging levels, gaining confidence along with newfound abilities.
